Getting started
How long does install take?
About 30 seconds. Click "Add to Chrome", approve permissions, pin the icon, and you're ready.
Do I need an account to start?
You can capture without an account — captures live on your device. To push to a CRM or ticketing system, you'll connect your existing account once.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, Opera, and any Chromium-based browser. Firefox support is on the roadmap.
Does it work on every site?
Yes. CreatePipe activates on any page you visit. You can also restrict it to specific sites in settings.
Integrations
Which CRMs do you support?
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, and Monday — with Salesforce, Close, and Folk on the roadmap.
Which ticketing systems do you support?
Jira, Linear, Trello, GitHub Issues — with Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Intercom in beta.
Can I push to multiple destinations at once?
Yes — multi-destination push is available on Pro and Team plans. One capture, two records.
My tool isn't listed. Can I still use CreatePipe?
Yes. The universal webhook sends structured JSON to any HTTP endpoint. Use Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own backend.

Is there a free plan?
Yes — free forever for individual use, with unlimited captures and one connected destination.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard at any time.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free (17% off).
How does Team seat counting work?
A seat = one active member who captures or receives records. View-only members are free.
Security & data
Where is my captured data stored?
Locally, in your browser, until you push it. We never auto-sync. Pushed records go directly to your CRM/ticketing API — not via our servers.
Are you SOC 2 compliant?
Yes — SOC 2 Type II audited. Report available under NDA.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. EU data residency, full DPA, and right-to-deletion supported.
Can CreatePipe read my browsing history?
No. We never request or use browsing history, and there are no third-party trackers.
Teams & enterprise
Do you support SSO?
Yes — SAML SSO is available on the Team plan. Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD, and OneLogin supported out of the box.
Can we share routing rules across the team?
Yes. Team plan includes shared rules so every member captures into the same destinations the same way.
Do you offer enterprise contracts?
Yes — annual contracts, custom DPAs, dedicated infrastructure, and procurement support.
Is there an on-prem version?
Not currently. Self-hosted is on the long-term roadmap for Enterprise customers.
